I hereby grant Southern Utah University (SUU) including its employees, board, officers, agents, and assigns royalty-free and  irrevocably, the right, but not the obligation, to incorporate the footage and/or photographs described above in any manner SUU sees fit in SUU’s film or video production, and to use and authorize others to use the Property as so incorporated in the Production in the distribution, sale, licensing, marketing, advertising,  promotion, exhibition and other exploitation of the Production in all markets and media (whether now known or hereafter developed), throughout the universe, in perpetuity. 

These materials might include printed or electronic publications, Web sites or other electronic communications. 

I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the material. 

I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me.
