Online Proctor Request Form
The Testing Center is offering online proctoring for some exams/assessments such as ALEKS and ACCUPLACER. We anticipate being able to schedule students quickly (same day) with a proctor if desired. Preferably we would like to receive requests at least 24 hours in advance.

In order to take full advantage of our online proctoring services, students should have:

a computer
a webcam with microphone
a reliable internet connection
a quiet location to work
