Online Proctor Request Form

The Testing Center is offering online proctoring for placement exams such as ALEKS and ACCUPLACER. We prefer that you request an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Keep in mind the Testing Center is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

In order to utilize our online proctoring services students must have:

Two (2) devices with a camera so that the proctor is able to see the view of students screen and keyboard as well as be able to see and hear the student (i.e a laptop/computer and a smartphone).
Photo ID (i.e. Student ID, Driver's License, passport, state ID...) a laptop/computer (not a tablet, phone, iPad, or Chromebook)
a webcam with microphone
a reliable internet connection
a quiet location to work

There is a non-refundable $15 fee for all online proctoring appointments. This fee must be paid before we may fully guarantee your appointment.
